TERMS & CONDITIONS
Availability
When inquiring about available dates, please keep in mind that my calendar can fill up quickly and availability is subject to change. Inquiring about a date does not reserve your spot on my calendar.
Dates are only reserved when your retainer fee has been paid.
Please note that decorated sugar cookies and cakes require a longer lead time. We kindly ask for a 3-week notice to ensure we can meet your needs.
Quotes
I am happy to give quotes on orders. Feel free to send me inspiration pictures or ideas.
Placing an Order
After receiving your quote, it is your responsibility to respond in a timely manner. A 50% retainer fee (non-refundable, transferable dependent on my availability) is due within 48 hours of confirming your order. Failure to pay your retainer fee cancels your order. Feel free to reach out to me if you are having difficulty making the payment.
Final payment (remaining 50%) is due 2 weeks before your event. Failure to make your final payment on time will result in your order being canceled. Your retainer fee will 𝗻𝗼𝘁 be refunded and will 𝗻𝗼𝘁 be transferable to a different date.
Orders placed less than 2 weeks before event date will require 100% payment up front and may be subject to a rush fee.
Packaging
All of my cookies come sealed to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are placed inside bakery boxes for easier transport.
Payment Options
Payments may be made using cash, check, PayPal or Venmo.
Change An Order
Changes to cookie designs, quantities, or dates may be requested. I will do my best to accommodate your request. All changes must be requested no later than 2 weeks before your event.
Cancel An Order
Canceled orders will be given credit for the amount paid, which will be good for 6 months following the cancellation date. No refunds will be given for canceled orders. Orders canceled one week or closer to the event will receive no credit.
If I must cancel an order due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds
All sales are final. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, all uneaten cookies must be returned within 24 hours to assess their condition and determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.
CUSTOM SUGAR COOKIE ORDERS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND.
Delivery and Pick-Up
Orders must be picked up at the agreed upon time. Reach out if you are running late or need to change your pickup time. If your pickup time has passed by 30 minutes, I will reach out once. I will reach out a second time at the end of the day of pickup. I will reach out a third and final time 24 hours after your passed pickup time. Failure to respond or reach out to me after 72 hours results in your order being forfeit. No refund or credit will be issued.
Order Release and Cookie Care
Once you have left with your order, the order is no longer my responsibility. Please clear a flat surface in your vehicle to set the box(es) on. Cookies are fragile and it important to handle them with care.
Payment of your retainer indicates that you agree and comply with the above terms and conditions.
